(1) Native Sovereign Nation – i.e. recognized amongst those LABELED as “FIVE Civilized Tribes.”

(2) Treaties – i.e. Supporting Nation / Government Status as well as set forth Chickasaw Lands / Territories UNLAWFULLY Seized / Stolen, etc. - - Through "RESTITUTION..." Relief, DEMANDING Return of "ALL" Lands / Territories The White Man Alleged Ceded (when NOT)

(3) BREACH of Terms / Conditions set forth in Treaties – i.e. Obtained through FRAUD, DECEPTION, and other Criminal Acts. Thus, VOIDING / NULLIFYING and making UNENFORCEABLE, etc.

(4) KNOWLEDGE of Laws, Statutes, Codes, Rules, and / or Regulations.

(5) CITIZENSHIP was promised to Natives and their Descendants who chose NOT to relocate and / or be FORCED to move off their Lands / Territories and placed on PLANTATIONS – deceptively labeled as RESERVATIONS. . .

(6) As a so-called Citizen, NUMEROUS Complaints and / or REQUESTS for INVESTIGATIONS . . . into matters deemed as War Crimes, War of Aggression, Crimes Against Humanity, and other Atrocities were timely, properly, and adequately submitted to the applicable so-called United States Government Agencies, etc. To NO Avail. Thus, NOW affording legal / lawful recourse(s) through the applicable International Tribunal(s) . . . In other words, PROOF must be provided showing State (even so-called State known as the United States of America / United States) was advised of War Crimes, etc.; however, FAILED TO ACT . . .!

In the CTN matters, you have a Native Nation’s DESCENDANT (Vogel Denise Newsome) who just happen to have been born on FOREIGN Soil (Nazi Germany – i.e. what were the chances of that happening [LOL]) filing NUMEROUS Complaints . . . with the United States and / or the applicable so-called Government (Executive, Legislative, and / or Judicial) Branches, etc. ALL such Complaints . . . that were subjected to UNLAWFUL practices – i.e. as BLACK Codes, Jim Crow Laws and / or SYSTEMATIC Discriminatory processes . . . – in handling, etc. Matters “WELL” documented and preserved in “PUBLIC Records” supporting “PATTERN OF PRACTICES . . .!”
