This is in follow-up to our voicemail message left with Attorney Michael V. Nixon on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, and his returning the call and advising discussing this matter on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. However, there appears to be now some breakdown in communication, and, therefore, we are taking the time to share some critical/crucial information believed to be vital to the above referenced lawsuit and the importance of the Apache Nation and/or Apache People being given this information. We have offered to assist and requested that Apache Stronghold’s Legal Counsel Michael V. Nixon advise his Clients we have reached out to them. Therefore, in the abundance of caution, we are providing this instant correspondence, to reiterate our offer to the Apache Nation / Apache Stronghold and/or its People.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: This document will serve to support that Apache Stronghold’s Legal Counsel (Clifford Irwin Levenson and Michael V. Nixon) as well as Defendants - United States of America’s Legal Counsel (United States Department of Justice) and Resolution Copper Mining, etc. - being timely, properly and adequately advised of the Conflicts-Of-Interest and Fraud Upon The Courts . . . taking place in the handling of this lawsuit. Furthermore, unlawful, fraudulent, and criminal practices, etc. which appear to be adverse to the Plaintiff(s) and are being carried out to cover up War Crimes and other Atrocities against the Apache Nation and the Apache People.

 

Therefore, in accordance with the Statutes, Codes, Rules and/or Regulations governing such matters, please accept this correspondence as our duty and/or obligation to NOTIFY the Public/World of the War Crimes, Criminal Acts and other Atrocities that the United States of America’s Nazis/White Supremacists and Jews/Zionists are engaging in against Native Nations / Indigenous People – as the Apache Nation and/or Apache Stronghold People - in efforts of stealing their Lands/Territories and Resources, etc. that are prohibited under International Laws and may be deemed Terrorist Acts, War of Aggression, and Crimes against Humanity, etc. against a Sovereign Nation and its People!

The fact that this matter is now before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, it appears from protests, etc., the District Court’s decision was against Apache Stronghold. . .
