The following is a copy of the 11/13/18, correspondence sent to us through the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) from the TOWN OF UTICA, Mississippi’s (“TOU”) UTICA POLICE DEPARTMENT regarding the above referenced matter:
THREE (3) TICKETS (emphasis added) sent by the UTICA POLICE DEPARTMENT’S “Chief Timothy Myles” and a “MRS. MARY MORELAND” who is claiming to be the COURT CLERK! This information as well as the following information provided is relevant to this matter as it relates to our Criminal Complaint/ICC Communication being finalized to INCLUDE this information!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: In the United States of America’s STATE OF MISSISSIPPI’s TOWN OF UTICA, Mississippi’s UTICA POLICE DEPARTMENT’S Criminal Charges as those alleged:

DISOBEYING L.E.O.
ASSAULT POLICE
are NOT commenced through TICKETS as the TOU’s Police Department is doing and is NOT in compliance with the Mississippi Rules of Criminal Procedure!

With that being said, here is some additional information that we are including in our Criminal Complaint/ICC Communication being FINALIZED to include such CRUCIAL and RELEVANT information which may leave a reasonable mind and TRIER-OF-FACT to conclude, “HOW LONG” has the United States of America’s STATE OF MISSISSIPPI Town of Utica, Mississippi and its Police Department been ENGAGING in such HIDEOUS WAR CRIMES, APARTHEID Practices/CRIMES AGAINT PEACE, and CRIMINAL Acts, etc. against SOVEREIGN Citizens?

On July 31, 2018, the TOWN OF UTICA/COURT CLERK (Lisa Morris) in the fulfillment of her ROLE(S) in CONSPIRACIES against Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome, used FEDERAL means – United States Postal Service – and depositing mail containing several Tickets entitled, “STATE OF MISSISSIPPI UNIFORM TRAFFIC TICKET” – CITATION/TICKET NOS.

Criminal acts being committed with KNOWLEDGE of the Conspiracies and WILLFUL participation in such TERRORIST/WAR CRIMES!
It appears that based on the information provided in our 08/24/18 Court filing, the “REAL” Court Clerk (Lisa Morris) – i.e. who advised she is the Court Clerk and is the person that provided the following document requested to advise of the Official Name of the Court in Utica, Mississippi and its Officials, etc.
to assist the UIE in the drafting of the Response filed, may have understood her CRIMINAL Acts in the CONSPIRACY when mailing the UNIFORM TRAFFIC TICKET(S) once it was REPORTED through the Court Filing! Thus, it appears, led to the TOWN OF UTICA – UTICA POLICE DEPARTMENT turning to its Chief of Police (Timothy Myles [“Myles”]) and ANOTHER person (Mary Moreland [“Moreland”]) IMPERSONATING herself as the COURT CLERK – i.e. although Moreland advised on August 28, 2018, she was NOT the Clerk and could NOT file Court Documents the Utica International Embassy sought to be filed on behalf of its Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome!

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: It appears that the Town of Utica, Mississippi’s COURT CLERK (Lisa Morris) is NOT allowing her “Court Clerk” STAMP to be used! Moreover, by the spelling of name used (Vogel D. Newson) this is ANOTHER person (Mary Moreland/Chief Timothy Myles) using the United States Postal Service to engage in FURTHER CRIMES, etc.

A copy of this document was sent to the TOWN OF UTICA, Mississippi’s MUNICIPAL Court Judge (Johnnie McDaniels [“McDaniels”]) requiring a RESPONSE by OCTOBER 2, 2018 - i.e. a Response that NEVER came!

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Judge McDaniels was sent this information VIA Email as well as OTHER Court Officials receiving this information via Email and/or Facsimile to SUPPORT the Town of Utica, Mississippi’s Court Officials having SUFFICIENT information available to them; however, appears FAILED to REPORT the Crimes reported by the UIE and being CARRIED OUT by the TOU’s Officials.
On or about SEPTEMBER 25, 2018, FAILURE TO ACT/PREVENT resulted in FURTHER THREATS of WAR Crimes, APARTHEID Practices/CRIMES AGAINT HUMANITY and other Criminal Acts were launched against the Utica International Embassy’s Interim Prime Minister in RETALIATION to the REPORTING of said Crimes!

Stamp to MISREPRESENT and DECEIVE a Government Agency (Mississippi Department of Public Safety) that document sent was that of a COURT! Moreland USING the “UTICA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE STAMP” from the TOWN OF UTICA because it appears there is NO Court!
On October 1, 2018, the Utica International Embassy’s Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome NOTIFIED the Mississippi Department of Public Safety of the CRIMINAL Activities of the Town of Utica, Mississippi’s Officials and CO-CONSPIRATORS as Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz!
The information contained in the Mississippi Department of Public Safety correspondence advised of the FRAUDULENT Judicial System – i.e. Municipal Court – in Utica, Mississippi! Moreover, the NON-Existence of said Court being the reason NOTHING is communicated on Court Letterhead but - what appears to be - CUT and PASTING jobs to create a Utica Police Department LETTERHEAD, it appears, by Moreland and Myles, etc.

On or about October 9, 2018, it appears UPON READING the UIE’s 10/01/18 NOTIFICATION to the Mississippi Department of Public Safety, and other issues addressed (i.e. as Recipient’s NAME), etc. efforts by Moreland and Myles were taken to TRY and CREATE:

Further SUPPORTING the Town of Utica, Mississippi’s OFFICIALS “INVOLVEMENT” in the War Crimes, Apartheid Practices/Crimes Against Humanity and other Criminal Acts that have been reported and CONTINUES to be reported that are being CARRIED OUT against the Utica International Embassy and its Government Officials/Citizens!
On November 13, 2018, it appears AFTER being ABANDONED and advised NOT to use the name of the NAME of the Municipal Court (i.e. however, if WARNED, IS TOO LATE) on correspondence to the Utica International Embassy’s Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome, Myles and Moreland decided to AGAIN resort to using the United States Postal Service and mail out the following

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The Town of Utica, Mississippi and its Utica Police Department are alleging TICKETS were issued claiming:

however, there is NO EVIDENCE that any such Tickets were issued and/or provided to the Utica International Embassy’s Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome! Nevertheless, there are a TROVE of War Crimes, Apartheid Practices/Crimes Against Humanity, and other Criminal Acts that are being UNVEILED/UNHOODED and EXPOSED to the PUBLIC/WORLD in which it is IMPORTANT to find out “WHO” the “WE” and the “THEY’RE” are that Chief Timothy Myles referred to during the August 28, 2018, KIDNAPPING and other Crimes committed against Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome and her mother such as:

EVIDENCE to support that on JULY 3, 2018, at the REGULAR BOARD MEETING held at the TOWN HALL in Utica, Mississippi during the time allowed to Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome to speak, such War Crimes, Apartheid Practices/Crimes Against Humanity and/or Criminal Acts were made known – i.e. in other words, the TOWN OF UTICA was put on NOTICE to CEASE from such CRIMINAL Acts they were engaging in for purposes of FINANCING their Government - - as Chief of Police Timothy Myles put it; the use of such UNLAWFUL Roadblocks for purposes of BRINGING monies/funds IN!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Present at the 07/03/18 Town of Utica, Mississippi’s REGULAR BOARD MEETING was none other than Municipal Court Prosecutor MELVIN BREEDEN who remained SILENT upon Newsome’s ADVISING of Criminal wrongs and did NOTHING to ADVISE AGAINST the Town of Utica, Mississippi’s Officials engaging in such UNLAWFUL/PROHIBITED acts:
PLEASE BE ADVISED, that through such NOTIFICATIONS as this, it is the USDOJ’s duty and obligation to deter such/further WAR CRIMES, APARTHEID Practices/CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and other Criminal Acts that are being reported and are being set forth in the Listed Counts of the USA Criminal Complaint/ICC Communication – i.e. some of which have also been set out in the November 7, 2018, “STATE OF EMERGENCY . . .
