This correspondence is to advise that Vogel Denise Newsome (who serves as the Interim Prime Minister of the Utica International Embassy) will be bringing Legal/Lawful action(s) in the applicable Tribunal(s) seeking RESTITUTION out of the Crimes committed against her, etc. on August 28, 2018, while she and her mother were conducting business at the Town of Utica, Mississippi’s Municipal Court. Said Restitution will be sought within the applicable time afforded under the Statutes/Laws governing said matters. PLEASE BE ADVISED: That the Statute of Limitation RESTARTS from EACH OVERT action that is committed in furtherance and relation to such Terrorist/Racist, etc. acts as those under which the Town of Utica, Mississippi’s Officials and CO-Conspirators engaged and CONTINUES to engage!

For those who may not know, for the past month, the HOSTILITIES of the United States of America’s DESPOTISM Empire’s Nazis and/or WHITE Jews/Zionists/Supremacists have ESCALATED their attacks to OVERTHROW the SOVEREIGN Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (“BROV”) and have said Government’s LAWFUL President Nicolas Maduro and other BROV Officials UNLAWFULLY removed from Office and put UNDER the CONTROL of the United States of America’s DESPOTISM Empire and its Nazis and/or WHITE Jews/Zionists/Supremacists! These WAR Crimes are not only in VIOLATION of International Laws, the United Nations Charter, the Nuremberg Principles, etc.; they ARE in VIOLATION of the laws of the United States of America (“USA”)! The USA’s Legal Counsel Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz and its CO-Conspirators SETUP the Town of Utica, Mississippi and its Officials to be SUED and PROSECUTED for their CRIMES, etc. Furthermore, the USA attempts to take plays out of the UIE’s Playbook under a Government (BROV) it say is NOT a Democracy but a SOCIALIST Economy! Nevertheless, there is EVIDENCE of the USA’s blatant INTERFERENCE in another Sovereign Government’s (Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela) affairs that is PROHIBITED under the United Nations Charter Article 2 - Paragraph 4: Prohibition Of The Threat Or Use Of Force:

With that being said, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro has reached out for assistance in this matter. Again, this instant correspondence is to serve as OFFICIAL NOTICE of Vogel Denise Newsome exercising SOVEREIGN Rights, Privileges, Immunities, etc. of and against the Town of Utica, Mississippi, its Officials, Hinds County Mississippi, its Officials and CO-Conspirators arising out of the August 28, 2018, Kidnapping and other Crimes committed against her, etc.
