wherein we are seeking the URGENT ATTENTION of the International Criminal Court to provide us with the applicable “PROTECTIVE ORDER(S)” and/or “PROTECTION” documentation for UIE Sovereign Citizens. We are also seeking MILITARY support/assistance from FOREIGN Nations/Governments to assist us in providing us with SECURITY/PROTECTIONS as we continue to move forward in the BUILDING of a “NEW” Government.

Hereinafter, a/k/a “USA USDOJ/FBI COMPLAINT…ICC COMMUNICATION.”

Dorger v. State, 179 N.E. 143 - Where evidence showed conspiracy . . . each conspirator is bound by other's acts in furtherance of conspiracy.

State v. Carver, 283 N.E.2d 662 - Each party to a conspiracy is criminally responsible for all acts done in furtherance of the conspiratorial design.

Bertear v. State - Where conspiracy was established, each conspirator was liable for the acts performed by the others in furtherance thereof.

English v. Matowitz, 72 N.E.2d 898 - One need not be present at place of the crime in order to be charged as an aider and abettor or conspirator, but constructive presence is sufficient.

State v. Rogers, 27 N.E.2d 791 - One who enters into a conspiracy to commit an unlawful act is guilty of any unlawful act of his coconspirators in furtherance of the conspiracy, and it is not necessary that the conspiracy be one to commit the identical offense charged in the indictment, or even a similar one, but it is enough that the offense charged was one which might have been contemplated as resulting from the conspiracy.

Maple Hts. v. Ephraim - Much like the rule of aiding and abetting, the overt acts of one person in a criminal conspiracy are attributable to all persons in the conspiracy.
