The World Health Organization (WHO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations responsible for international public health. The WHO Constitution, which establishes the agency's governing structure and principles, states its main objective as "the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health." It is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, with six semi-autonomous regional offices and 150 field offices worldwide.

 

 

The WHO was established by constitution on 7 April 1948, which is commemorated as World Health Day. The first meeting of the World Health Assembly (WHA), the agency's governing body, took place on 24 July 1948. The WHO incorporated the assets, personnel, and duties of the League of Nations’ Health Organization and the Office International d’Hygiene Publique, including the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). Its work began in earnest in 1951 following a significant infusion of financial and technical resources.

 

The WHO's broad mandate includes advocating for universal healthcare, monitoring public health risks, coordinating responses to health emergencies, and promoting human health and well being. It provides technical assistance to countries, sets international health standards and guidelines, and collects data on global health issues through the World Health Survey. Its flagship publication, the World Health Report, provides expert assessments of global health topics and health statistics on all nations. The WHO also serves as a forum for summits and discussions on health issues.

 

The WHO has played a leading role in several public health achievements, most notably the eradication of smallpox, the near-eradication of polio, and the development of an Ebola vaccine. Its current priorities include communicable diseases, particularly HIV/AIDS, Ebola, malaria and tuberculosis; noncommunicable diseases such as heart disease and cancer; health diet, nutrition and food security; occupational health; and substance abuse.

 

 

NATIONS OF COLOR INTERNATIONAL HEALTH ALLIANCE (NOCIHA)

 

 

The Nations Of Color International Health Alliance (NOCIHA) serves as a prototype for an alternative to the World Health Organization (WHO). The WHO is an agency created under the guise of Germany’s Nazi Leader Adolf Hitler’s “NEW” World Order (NOW); however, the NOCIHA is NOT affiliated nor a part of the hideous NOW Agenda. The NOCIHA is a specialized entity of the Coalition Of Unified Nations (COUN) responsible for international public health among Nations-Of-Color. The NOCIHA Constitution is in the process of being established to provide information governing its structure, principles, and main objective, etc. It is presently headquartered within the Lands/Territories known as the United States of America and is in the process of setting up semi-autonomous regional offices.

 

 

The NOCIHA was established in accordance to the Treaties and the breach thereof. The first meeting of the NOCIHA is yet to be determined in that its creation is also a HISTORICAL undertaking that the United States Nazis and Zionists with their European and West Counterparts did not see coming. The NOCIHA will seek to incorporate the assets, personnel, and duties of the WHO and its subsidiaries or the likes thereof as: (a) League of Nations’ Health Organization, (b) the Office International d’Hygiene Publique, and (c) include the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). The NOCIHA belief its purpose, mission and work will be successful among Nations-Of-Color following a significant infusion of financial and technical resources from these protected Nations.

 

The NOCIHA broad mandate includes exposing how the Nazis and Zionists with their “NEW” World Order Agenda preyed on the trust, ignorance and innocence of Nations-Of-Color in believing that the WHITE Man and/or European Nations with their Allies meant them well and good health – when they did NOT! The NOCIHA advocates for global healthcare, monitoring public health risks, coordinating responses to health emergencies, and promoting human health and well being among Nations-Of-Color that have been adversely impacted by Nazis, Zionists and Adolf Hitler’s “NEW” World Order that the WHITE Man and its Allied United States, European and West Nations along with China and Russia have been implementing!

 

Through NOCIHA, we seek to provide technical assistance to Nations-Of-Color that have been hampered and/or deprived as a direct and proximate result of the “NEW” World Order Agenda. We look forward to setting international health standards and guidelines, and collecting data on global health issues through the Surveys presented through the NOCIHA. Providing for public access and interests the NOCIHA’s expert assessments of global health topics and health statistics on all Nations-Of-Color. The NOCIHA will also serve as a forum for summits and discussions on health issues as they directly apply and impact Nations-Of-Color.
