RE:	“Official Request For Emergency Authorization To Come Before The United Nations and International Bodies”

TO UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL:

Greetings!

We come to each of you in Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice!

My name if Vogel Denise Newsome. As Prime Minister of the Chickasaw Tribal Nation (CTN) as well as the Utica International Embassy (UIE), please accept this correspondence as our, in January 2022, and / or most urgently between January and February 2022 (if possible), to allow our “UNIFIED International Native Women’s Coalition” (UINWC) Representatives and / or Delegates to present some of the lawful solutions we are requesting in the formation of our “Special International Task Force” (SITF) as we continue to move forward in lawfully reclaiming, restoring, and rebuilding, etc. our Native Tribal Nations and obtaining the applicable relief - RESTITUTION (for those Native Nations and / or Native People) and REPARATIONS (for those who are presently enslaved and / or descendants of Slaves) – for who have come to the UIE requesting our Assistance and / or Services as it relates to such matters, etc. Relief for the injuries / harm they suffer from and that of their Ancestors that have led and / or contributed to the collapse of their Native Nation(s), Languages, Culture, Traditions, Customs, Faith, Beliefs, and Way of Life (Livelihood), etc.!

We believe that (in accordance with the Statutes / Laws governing International Prosecution, etc.) there is sufficient evidence to support that (on or about July 13, 2010) the United States of America’s (also known as “United States”) Officials were timely, properly, and adequately notified of their engagement in Criminal Acts that will ultimately lead to the USA’s “Downfall / Doom!” Moreover, engagement in War Crimes against Native Nations and their People as well as the USA’s Officials being timely, properly, and adequately notified that (on or about January 10, 2012) it may become necessary to request International Military Assistance!

 

 

Furthermore, said January 10, 2012 (during the Obama / Biden Administration), correspondence also afforded USA Officials with sufficient time to “CLEAN OUT” their so-called Government – i.e. specifically, their Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches! Here we are OVER nine (9) years later (2021) and the state of the United States of America as well as the World is WORSE due to failure to act and other reasons known to the so-called Power Elite, etc.!

Please be advised, we will be focusing on matters of “only” those reaching out to us through the Utica International Embassy as it relates to their matters as well as information brought to my attention regarding the following – i.e. however, not limited to these listings alone:

Theft / Stealing of Native Lands / Territories and Properties, etc. – i.e. specifically of Native Nations within what is presently known as the United States of America.

Kidnappings, Assassinations and / or Attempted Kidnappings and / or Assassinations Ordered By United States Officials and Their Co-Conspirators – i.e. specifically:

 

Chickasaw Tribal Nation / Utica International Embassy Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome (August 28, 2018 and March 25, 2019 through July 12, 2019 [wherein attempts were made to assassinate])

Chickasaw Tribal Nation / Utica International Embassy Matriarch Pearl Leo Newsome (assassinated on September 21, 2019)

Julian Paul Assange (Journalist and Founder of WikiLeaks, etc. Kidnapped on or about April 11, 2019) – i.e. it is being reported United States Officials conspired to have him unlawfully removed from the Ecuador Embassy in London, England with plans to find ways to have him murdered. United States Officials (Nazis / White Supremacists and Jews / Zionists) are presently conspiring with United Kingdom / London Officials to have Assange unlawfully extradited to the United States to aid and abet in his assassination and / or murder!

General Qasem Soleimani (Iran Military Official – Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps [IRGC]) – Assassinated on or about January 3, 2020, upon the orders United States President acknowledged giving. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Iraq Court has issued an Arrest Warrant against Donald Trump. We look forward to working with other Native Nations (as Iraq, etc.) to assist in the execution of their Arrest Warrant(s) and the ones United States Officials were timely, properly and adequately notified we are and / or will be requesting.

 

Nicolás Maduro (President Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela)

On 26 March 2020, the U.S. Department of Justice indicted Maduro on charges of drug trafficking and narco-terrorism, and the Department of State offered a $15 million reward for information that helps "bring him to justice". . . .

On 3 May 2020, Venezuelan security forces prevented an attemptto overthrow Maduro by armed Venezuelan dissidents. The attempt was organised by former United States Army Special Forces operator Jordan Goudreauand the men were trained in Colombia. Goudreau claimed the operation had involved 60 troops, including two former US special forces members.^[122][123]The Venezuelan government claimed the United States and itsDrug Enforcement Administration(DEA) were responsible for the operation and had support from Colombia.^[124]Juan Guaidódenied involvement in the operation. We realize that not everybody wants to be free. Therefore, we are only pursuing matters regarding those brought to our attention through the Utica International Embassy and / or matters I may have discovered through research and / or have been brought to my attention directly.

We respect the Sovereignty of Native Nations and their People as well as realize our duty and / or obligation to notify the applicable International bodies (as the United Nations, and other Foreign Nations) of the United States Officials’ and their Co-Conspirators’ War Crimes, Criminal Acts, and other Atrocities, etc. known to us and / or brought to our attention – i.e. in which Investigations and Prosecutions . . . can be lawfully sought! Moreover, want to address the unlawful invasion of the White Man / European Nations (as Great Britain / United Kingdom, Germany, and France, etc.) against Native Nations and Native People for purposes of stealing their Native Lands / Territories and (as to date) have come to build up a Nazi / White Supremacist and Jewish / Zionist Empire from which they seek to control and run the entire World – i.e. specifically targeting Native Nations and their People. Such conspiracies have become known as their “NEW World Order” with a quest for GLOBAL White Supremacy!

NEVER AGAIN: IT WAS WRONG FOR NAZI GERMANY’S ADOLF HITLER AND HIS THIRD REICH REGIME TO UNLAWFULLY INVADE OTHER WHITE and / or EUROPEAN NATIONS; THEREFORE, IT IS WRONG FOR NAZI GERMANY. . . TO UNLAWFULLY INVADE NATIVE NATIONS!

Again, this instant correspondence is being submitted to notify the United Nations Officials (therefore, please distribute to the applicable Departments, etc.) of our “Official Request For Emergency Authorization To Come Before The United Nations and International Bodies.”

Germany and the United Kingdom – through their United States of America Corporation – and Allies have managed to keep division rooted throughout the World based on: (1) Race; (2) Religion; and (3) Politics!

It has been brought to our attention, the surprise some find upon learning of the Utica International Embassy and seeing that it is an Embassy of a Native Nation (Chickasaw Tribal Nation) and not a European Nation and neither is it an Organization nor Movement! More shocking that the CTN is also a lawfully recognized Sovereign Nation with a Government and Treaties, etc. Moreover, that we are not a part of the United States’ 501(c)(3) and “incorporation” schemes.

Documents such as these are relevant because it will support that prior to our revoking and / or rescinding the Treaties supposedly executed with the Chickasaws, I in good faith filed numerous complaints (which include the Executive Branch, Legislative Branch, and Judicial Branch of the United States) through the belief (based on documents provided me) of being a so-called Citizen of the United States of America – i.e. just to find out that, which was not the case. Moreover, that not one of the Complaints filed with the United States Department of Justice, etc. reporting WAR Crimes and other Criminal Acts, etc. were ever Investigated and / or Prosecuted.

Said failures which now afford us to seek, pursue, and authorize International options available to us.

Please provide us with at least three (3) possible date ranges to include approximately seven (7) business days [i.e. for example January 12, 2022 – January 20, 2022 / January 17, 2022 – January 25, 2022] between January 10, 2022, and February 28, 2022 for our UINWC Delegates. We will work on drafting to Agendas for the meetings to be held with the various Departments – i.e. Hoping to begin with the United Nations Security Council to work on the following; however, not limited to this listing alone:

Lifting of ALL Sanctions Against Native Nations . . .

          We estimate our Satellite Offices will cost approximately $50,000 – $65,000 annually to operate (adding to or taking from our estimations) - i.e. to begin with. Each Office (at the present time) will be staffed with one (1) person only. It will allow for those assigned to such Historical Missions to focus “FULL TIME” on Building Bridges and International Coalitions and work on focusing on bringing SOLUTIONS and / or REMEDIES to the problems that are adversely impacting NATIVE Nations and their People!
